The standalones have no conflict. For the replacers, it will work fine if you delete any dds files that have the same name, (if there are any) in the other mod.
Awesome :) Zevran's tats are in their own tint file (it's called uh_pmt_001_0t if you're curious) so they won't be affected by any vallaslin replacer mods.
Thank you so much! I so appreciate you adding this version, especially as I'm sure it's a pretty painstaking process to convert these. I can't wait to use the replacer on my next playthrough.

Just curious, these won't replace Zevrans tattoo I assume right? I'd test but I don't have him in my new game quite yet lol..
