MINOR STORY SPOILERS
Do as I do. Become a dragon!
This changes the generic high dragon Flemeth turns into when you choose to fight her to her unique DA2 form, as seen in the cutscenes of that game.
Thematically goes with the mods that port in her later established clothing and hair, but those aren't required at all.
2 versions:
One with upscaled textures to do the model some justice (nothing over 2048 so shouldn't be too taxing on your system)
and one with the 1k original/low quality textures (seen in all the screenshots)
Choose only one
Update: Since the GDA ring fix seems to work for people, I have added it by default to the new version. I've left the older versions up in case you need them for whatever reason.

How to Install
Unzip and place folder into your My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder. You can install it at any time before fighting Flemeth. Also afterwards, if you want to change what her corpse looks like. Probably not midway through the fight though.
