I was recently inspired by Morrigan Eyes Fix by Toloc, which changes Morrigan's eyes by removing their custom texture and changing their tint file to the orange tattoo tint. I figured this could be applied to Flemeth, and lo and behold, I did it. I also changed her skin to be paler (as pale as a corpse, apparently), and made her hair white instead of grey. This is in keeping with how she appears in Dragon Age II, while also being consistent with how she looks in Origins. While I definitely respect the mods that bring her DA2 appearance into this game, I've never really been a fan of the idea. I prefer her looking like some nutty old bat as far as the Warden's concerned; it also makes the battle against her way more of a shock.
To install, simply extract the .mor file to your override folder. To uninstall, remove the file. Easy peasy, right?
I suggest also installing Morrigan Eyes Fix for some consistency between her and Flemeth, but that is by no means necessary.
