Edits to the leather parts of the specular maps to remove the blue shiny effect and optional diffuse retextures for the leather gloves and boots.

** 21/11 Update: Added a fix for the Massive boots specular map (no texture has been edited). I messed up with some duplicates, I'm sorry. Scout and Arcane have the same specular map and so do Heavy and Massive. I gave the Massive boots the wrong texture. Now it's fixed.
----- Alternate manual fix, no download required: make a copy of 'hm_boo_wmda_0s.dds' and rename it to 'hm_boo_wmsa_0s.dds'
Detailed modifications:
--- Edited specular textures to make the leather parts less shiny. The Massive/Commander armor benefits the most as its belt had a weird metal blue shine.
* Specular leather parts are now brown like the diffuse texture. The shiny effect is reduced and if it appears its brown color will blend with the diffuse texture.
--- Edited diffuse textures for the gloves and boots of the Arcane and Scout variations so they match the rest of the armors' leather parts.
* Fixed the .mmh file of the gloves and boots for all males so they point to the right .mao file and allow the new textures to work.
Note:
. All new textures are made for the original blue/brown/grey color scheme. The specular fixes included here may not work for other retextures.
