Eyes default replacement textures & tints for Vanilla + Dragon Age Redesigned and/or Dracomies True Textures. Also supports Unique Face Textures for Companions DAO Edition mod.

Important notice:

Dragon Age Redesigned is not required but it is strongly recommended. This mod replaces every eye textures included in DAR, giving to the characters eyes more intensity, more reflection and more life. I've tried to keep original colors from Dracomies, but with 100% new designs and textures.

For more homogeneity, tint-based Vanilla eyes non altered by DAR are also modified and included by default. So you can still get benefit from this mod even if you do not use DAR.

The mod changes the whole eye, not only the iris part. It also changes default tints.

Installation and compatibility:

To install, simply put the extracted folder in your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override. It should override textures contained in the Dracomies Textures VI.erf file (which is required by Dragon age Redesigned). Be sure to uninstall or remove any previous eyes textures replacement in your folder.

If you use the Unique Face Textures for Companions mod for your companions NPC, you can also install the optional files. Extract the file in your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override. Overwrite existing files. Always make a backup before overwriting.

The mod is fully compatible with recolors mods such like Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors (Use the light version, without vanilla replacement). Some pics in the images section have been taken using it to show the compatibility. Feel free to install such mods, just be sure that they do not add their own vanilla default replacement textures!

Known bugs or wrong visual:
Some vanilla colors  might have a slightly colored reflection effect (instead of pure white). It mights or mights not be to everyone's taste.

Special thanks to:

- Dracomies for his great mod and for inspiring me these textures (which I made for my personal use at first but maybe some people here are interested into using it too).
- danexuslurker and his Pretty Eyes mod for showing me which files have to be altered to change vanilla default.
