About this mod
This module adds a new mage class specialization called Beastmaster that allows the summoning of animal companions and some spirits to help you in battle, like the ranger spec do with the Rogue.
The specialization is immediately available after the "Last of the Wardens" achievement and grants +2 Willpower and +5 Nature resistance.

This module adds a new mage class specialization called Beastmaster that allows the summoning of animal companions and some spirits to help you in battle.
This mod is part of the small project Druid Expansion whose purpose is to add more immersion for a druid like roleplay through specializations and unique objects.
There are 6 spells in total, 5 for different creature summoning and 1 to enhance them.
The specialization is immediately available after the "Last of the Wardens" achievement and grants +2 Willpower and +5 Nature resistance.
Moreover there are two items that fit for the druidic and dalish origin of the specialization, the Robes of the Keeper and the Druid Blessing.
You can find the Robes of the Keeper in the last Sarcophagus after the final battle of Nature of the Beast.
The Druid Blessing is automatically added to inventory after you complete the Elora's Halla quest, healing the Halla and reloading the area.
Actually the Robes of the Keeper is only available for male characters.
You can also type 'runscript give_drdhdw' in the console to add both items in your inventory.
OPTIONAL: permanent summons optional files, it should work well, contact me if you find bugs.

Should be compatible with everything provided it doesn't use the same ID's range.
Abilities go from 333333 to 333357
Optional Permanent summons file is incompatible with orgolove permanent summons mod (with which i had some bugs and so i created a different more stable version) and with every other mod that edits area_core.

[3] Installation

Just install the dazip with DAUpdater.exe (gameDirectory\bin_ship\)
To unistall just delete the "beastmaster" folder in "documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/AddIns" and also "beastmaster_package.erf" in the folder "documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/data"
If you're upgrading remember to unistall before reinstalling.
OPTIONAL: exctract the "Permanent Summons" folder in "documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/overrides"

[4] Beastmaster Abilities

The main feature of the specialization is the summon of different animal companions which can greatly help you in fights.
Summon Wolf:
Summon a common wolf -> Became a Spirit Wolf after you take the True Beastmaster ability.
Wolf abilities: Howl, Shred
Spirit Wolf abilities: Howl, Shred, Overwhelm, Charge, Dread Howl
Summon Giant Spider:
Summon a giant spider -> Became a Spider Queen after you take the True Beastmaster ability.
Giant Spider abilities: Web, Poison Spit
Spider Queen abilities: Web, Poison Spit, Overwhelm, Summon Spider, Deadly Strike
Summon Bear
Summon a Bear -> Became a Great Bear after you take the True Beastmaster ability.
Bear abilities: Slam, Rage
Great Bear abilities: Slam, Rage, Overwhelm, War Cry, Sweep
True Beastmaster:
Enhances all other abilities.
Summon Sylvan:
Summon a Sylvan.
Sylvan abilities: Stomp, Rage, Roots, Whirlwind
Summon Grand Oak:
Summon the powerful elder sylvan Grand Oak.
Grand Oak abilities: Stomp, Roots, Stinging Swarm, Heal, Cleansing Aura
Summon the Lady of the Forest:
Summon the powerful spirit know as Lady of the Forest.
Lady of the Forest abilities: Group Heal, Squirrellize, Hurl, Stinging Swarm, Earthquake, Petrify, Roots, Summon Spirit Wolf

Druid Blessing:
Cloth helmet
+2 constitution
+15% nature resistance
+1.25% combat mana regeneration
+8 spellpower
+12.5% natural damage
Where to find: Automatically added in inventory after you heal Elora's Halla and change/reload area.
Robes of the Keeper:
Robes
+2 to all attributes
+6 armor
+1 combat mana regeneration
+6 spellpower
+10% nature resistance
Where to find: in one of the sarcophagus in the Werewolf Lair where you fight the last battle of Nature of the Beast.

- fixed bug where the Druid Blessing was given multiple times at every reload of the dalish camp
- Added the tactic slots for the animal companions since the beninning, no need to be level 12 to set their slots now. (this was a vanillla game problem)
