Canonically, he's gotta be there somewhere, right? He even mentions remembering you from the Tower if you play Awakening as a Circle mage warden.
Anders is hanging out in the laboratory, with his only friend. He even has some ambient lines. (don't click on him too much, though; he'll get annoyed)
His morph is copied from Awakening. If you have a preferred custom Anders, simply copy that .mor, rename it to "hm_bhm000_anders", and replace. :)
