A female Dalish Elf can hug Tamlen; a female Human Noble can hug her father and brother, a male Human Noble can hug his mother.

A female Dalish Elf (Mahariel) can hug Tamlen, female Human Noble) Cousland can hug her father and brother, and a male Human Noble can hug his mother.
Human Noble Origin:
Includes the female Noble with Fergus and Bryce, and the Male Noble with Eleanor.
For Bryce:
The option to hug him will come up when he is ready for night transition (after speaking to Fergus)
For Fergus:
As with Bryce, the option will come up when ready for the night transition
For Eleanor:
After speaking to her and Landra, Iona, etc. Speak to her again, when she says "I love you etc" the option
will appear to hug her.
Dalish Elf Origin:
Includes Tamlen and an elf female.
You must talk to him first, in the cave and "activate" the little mini romance with him by saying that you
wanted to be with him. Then speak to him again, there should be an option to hug him.
