Oghren will start and finish the game wearing the Armor of House Kondrat from RLs Swan Song by RogueLass.

"House Kondrat wasn't particularly high-ranked among the rest of the warrior houses, however it was rising in prestige as several of its warriors, Oghren included, participated in Deep Roads campaigns against the darkspawn and won notable victories in the Provings."
Oghren will start and finish the game wearing the Armor of House Kondrat from the incredible 'RLs Swan Song' mod by RogueLass.
There's also optional file that puts Hespith in the armor as well - while not entirely lore friendly, this does provide some unity amongst the surviving members of Oghren's house. There was also a version that put Branka in this armor but the utc is currently misbehaving and is hidden for now.
Note that this mod does not add the armor into the game so you will need to download the relevant files from Swan Song.
