The other mods for stealth speed were too fast for me, so I made a slower (but faster than unmodded) one.
I changed this line in skill_stealth.nss: float fSpeed = 0.6f; // base speed decrease to this: float fSpeed = 1.0f; // base speed decrease
And that's all.
To install, extract and place in Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override.
