Simple change to final dialogue with Howe for Human Noble to play (in my opinion) a better one of the two versions Bioware created.

As it turns out, there are two slightly different version the dialogue with Howe during Rescue the Queen can play for Human Noble. They have the same opening line, but then in the first version Howe says "I thought Loghain made it clear that your pathetic family is gone and forgotten.", your first response to that is "You won't forget. Their memory drove me to you." and if you choose this one, you'll get a verry Howe-bastard-like description of what happened to your family.
However, in the second version after opening line Howe says "I never thought you'd be fool enough to turn up here. But then I never thought you'd live, either." and your first available response is "Glad to disappoint you. It won't be the last time." Howe then asks if it's still about you're family and says that he's done more that wipe your name from Ferelden memory.
So, what decides which version plays out? Apparently it depends on whether you "confronted" Howe at the very beginning of Landsmeet quest, when you first arrive at Eamon's estate in Denerim during conversation with Loghain, Cauthrien and Howe. "Confronted" means wheter you said anything about him murderring your family or even that you're a Cousland and a teyrn of Highever. If you do confront him, then the second version plays out, if not, then the first one.
Now, if you're like me, you definitely call him out for being a murderous, treacherous bastard that he is, but I also definitely prefer the first version of his last dialogue - the one wich doesn't play out if you confront him. So I made a simple change in plot flags about Howe beeing confronted and voilà - now the first version will play out with Howe confronted and the second with not confronted.
Installation
Extract downloaded files and put them in your override folder - usually it's in (My)documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override. If you don't have override foler, you can simply created in the core folder.
Uninstallation
Simply remove filed from your override folder.
Compatibility
This mod changes den511_howe.dlb and den511_howe.dlg so it's not compatible with any mods that change the same files (conversation with Howe during Rescue the Queen).
It's a small change but I hope it will make a Human Noble playthrough slightly better for at least some of you. It haven't run into any problems with this mod with neither male or female HN, but if you notice something's wrong, let me know and I'll see what I can do about it.
