This mod added several new pieces of armor. Not just any armor. They're special armors for special characters. Accept Dwarf characters, sorry 'bout that. Which mean, you can only use it on Human or Elf. Male and Female. (rigging models for dwarf is a chore)
For this mod to work properly, you must have this: Item Variation Resource by Magpie installed first. It's pretty easy. Just download and unpack everything into the override folder.
1 - Install the required mod.
2 - Then install this mod by using DAUpdater or DAO-Modmanager by Altorian (NOT recommend using NMM)
3 - Download the "Missing GDA file".
4 - And unpack gloves_massive_variation_tw1.gda into your override folder. (If you don't, no gloves for you!)
(God bless you, um, I mean... Maker bless you who still don't know how to install mods for DAO.)
LOCATION WHERE TO FIND THEM IN GAME
In Ostagar (Night time). Near Duncan's camp. Note that this area will only unlock after you've met Morrigan and Flemeth for the first time. So, a new game is highly recommended.
It's pretty hard to miss. No?
If you want to load a save game, Load the save which you're still in the area.
Note that after you crossed the bridge to the Tower of Ishal, you won't be able to get the item anymore.
I also recommend to pick up the armors after the Joining ritual. For immersive sake and for the cutscene to play normally. Don't want the joining chalice to awkwardly positioned during the cutscene.
