What it is and how to use it:
Two flavours of cooldown reduction for the Ranger summons in Dragon Age: Origins.
Cool Ranger (zzz_tsm_coolranger; reduces Ranger cooldowns to 1/3 of original time):
Summon Wolf / Vanilla CD: 60s > Cool CD: 20s
Summon Bear / Vanilla CD: 90s > Cool CD: 30s
Summon Spider / Vanilla CD: 120s > Cool CD: 40s
or
Cooler Ranger (zzz_tsm_cooler_ranger; reduces cooldowns even more, to 1/6 of the original time):
Summon Wolf / Vanilla CD: 60s > Cooler CD: 10s
Summon Bear / Vanilla CD: 90s > Cooler CD: 15s
Summon Spider / Vanilla CD: 120s > Cooler CD: 20s
INSTALL ONLY ONE by placing the desired version into the override folder (usually something like \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override).
To revert to the original Bioware cooldowns, just delete my files.

Notes & stuff:
Will likely be incompatible with anything else that edits the Ranger summons via an ABI_ GDA. The affected ability IDs are
91 SUMMON_BEAR
93 SUMMON_SPIDER
1004 SUMMON_WOLF
Does not affect casting time/animation, so all the dramatic arm-waving will still happen.
This was tested both with and without Extra Dog Slot, and no issues were detected.
Absent more extensive testing (i.e., I'm the only person who tested it), you may want to consider this a beta.
