I appreciate everyone who downloaded this mod and enjoyed it among its many patches. But I gotta be honest with you making this mod and its patches has been a huge ordeal and my life has moved on from it. I have not stopped working on this mod and its patches but they are no longer a priority and I won't be updating any patches outside of once every few months if that. And I can't really feel bad about that considering all the time and effort I put into the mod and its patches already.

There appears to be a reoccurring issues with making Alistair king or Anora queen in the 4.0+ version of the mod. This is the version that was supposed to be compatible with DAO fixpack but it appears that it's not a perfect patch and some checks have become broken. Since I haven't heard of any of these issues occurring in version 3.0.4 I will be making that version the main version and will remove 4.0+ and all its patches until I have time to thoroughly test it. If you are using 4.0+ and don't experience any errors, then continue to use it, but if you are, especially with regards to the Landsmeet, then switch to 3.0.4. You, unfortunately, might need to restart the game given how late the Landsmeet occurs, but it's the best fix I can think of at this time.

I love this mod to bits, but is anyone else's companion banter not changing? I'm running a female warden through morrigan's romance. Her dialogue is fine, it just seems like the party banter is the same, which I thought was covered in the mod. Thanks :-)

This has resolved itself through a reinstall, but now I'm not able to go through the eluvian in Witch Hunt. I am not able to run a debug script for her either, and she in still in love at camp during the Epilogue.

Edit: Adding solution here for anyone that has the same problem: "runscript zz_str_morrigan" starts a dialogue to alter the flags in Morrigan's relationship. This may also help in the base game, I am unsure as I only used it in the Witch Hunt DLC itself.

This mod is fantastic! I just completed my first playthrough with it, and even though I ended up romancing Alistair with a female Warden, I really enjoyed seeing the options to kiss NPCs and such. I also ninjamanced Morrigan by accident but that played out interesting, because I got a jealousy conversation. I ended up doing the ritual with Morrigan. Thank you for making a trans girl Warden possible!

Does anyone know how those kinds of things go for importing to DA2? I downloaded the Gibbed Dragon Age 2 save generator because I wanted to see if it would even let me generate a save that allows that, and it lets me tick the box to have done the ritual with Morrigan, but I haven't imported either save to DA2 yet. My Warden is also a Dalish mage and the save editor wouldn't let me do that, which is fine, I changed her to a rogue, but that made me a little worried that it'll think my Warden is dead or something.

Did they ritual work for your female character? I added the mod before talking to Riordan, and Morrigan is talking like Alistair's the only choice. Sorry I know your comment is super old but I hope you remember <3

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me? Do I need to have Vortex installed to use this mod? I tried to drag the files to /packages/core/override but there's no /override in my /core folder; I tried to 1) move the files directly to /core; 2) create a new folder named "override". But in both ways a window pops up saying the names of the files are too big and the path is too long? Some of the files get transferred but not all of them.

You may have already gotten this figured out but make sure you are installing any override mods into the override folder that is in Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core, instead of looking in your game's installation folder. E.g. my game installation folder is in D:/Origin Games/Dragon Age. That is NOT where I go to install override mods. Instead I go to my documents folder, find the BioWare folder, and follow the filepath above.

eydiskara: I just started modding this game tonight and you just saved me potentially HOURS of frustration and headache!!! THANK YOU!!!! I'd also created an "override" folder in my game's installation folder when I saw there wasn't one, thinking that would suffice. So glad I serendipitously happened across your comment! You're awesome!

      Have an amazing day! <3

It's a little unclear to me from the description, but seeing as it claims to be compatible with ZDF I assume what is meant is that any fixes from ZDF is included in this mod anyway (for files that overlap)?

Likewise, this mod edits the files cutscene_postcoronation.dlg and cutscene_slideshow.dlg. These are also included in the Morrigan Restoration Patch (Terra_Ex Bann Fix), but there are no files for them in the compatibility patch. Are they okay to overwrite with the files from this mod?

i know it's been over a year, but i'm running the duplicate search on my override right now and have the same question. did you ever get this sorted out?

edit: just finished going through and found it also has conflicts with mrp in "epi_loghain.dlb/dlg", "party_events.dlb/dlg" and "party_ran_banter.dlg". i assume it's just down to whichever mod you prefer for these things, but not knowing what exactly the mods change in these files has me lost as to which to choose :(

edit 2: the party_events files that conflicted were actually from the no ninjamancing patch and i deleted those in favor of the mrp files, since they explicitly fix something missing from a certain scene. jury's still out on the others. sorry i keep making this comment longer and longer, i'm mostly just putting it all out there now so other confused people can see

edit 3: wait i'm stupid. they were in that patch because the patch merges whatever the bi overhaul did to those scenes with no ninjamancing. digging through my recycle bin

edit 4: after reading the comments and description more carefully, i at least saw this about the banter file from GoesOnGhost in 2017:
If you want the party_ran_banter.dlg that encompasses the changes made in the core package and CBM MRP Patch (the party_ran_banter.dlg in the core package and CBM Quinn Fix Pack Patch are the same), you'll need to wait until I release my updated MRP Patch. At the moment, you need to pick one of the party_ran_banter.dlg files.
The one from the MRP Patch restore the cat fight banter between Morrigan and Leliana, and the one from the core package/fix pack fixes an oversight where Leliana could comment positively on Morrigan's relationship with the warden even whenshe was in a relationship with them herself.
One last thing I want to mention is that this also restores the cat fight banter between Morrigan and Leliana. All but two of them were heavily gendered so only those two are available to women and all are available to men. Imo Bioware cutting this dialogue was one of the few things they did right so if you're like me and have love for yourself you can skip this additional banter by removing the party_ran_banter.dlg file from this package. If you want to keep this new banter just replace the file of the same name in the core package with this one.

i deleted the core package file and kept the mrp just out of a desire to hear all possible dialogue. also upon further inspection, mrp's (and zdf's) party events files have to do with the gatekiss fix, which complete bi overhaul is explicitly incompatible with according to the description. because i'm doing a male playthrough i'm deleting the bi overhaul files since i could romance either of them in vanilla anyway. female wardens should probably do the opposite. will keep updating this comment as i work through all the conflicts

According to the video, more text should be going over Cullen's crush in the broken Circle questline, but I don't get it? I got the crush dialogue at the beginning of the origin but not here.

Does anyone know if I can just get the "Flirt with me you coward package" or do I have to get the main mod to get it to work? Right now, I just have the one package, but it doesn't look like its working, and I have mods that aren't compatible with this mod would that apply to the package too or just the main?

Is there a follow-up mod for this for Inquisition?
I'm worried that having a female warden romancing Morrigan would cause some issues (if not outright break) the save import follow-throughs to the sequel games; and even if there's no major issues, I'd like for Morrigan to not refer to my warden as 'he/him' when talking about her in Inquisition
