Every character in the party gets an additional quickslotbar.
Only one quickslotbar is visible at a time.
It is switched automaticaly when the weaponset is switched.
Switching takes up to two seconds.

If you want your bar to be as big as your neighbours, grab it on the right side with the mouse and drag it to the right side of the screen.
This is default functionality, implemented by Bioware since the game was released.

This mod currently overwrites only EVENT_TYPE_HEARTBEAT2 in the file player_core.nss.
