A total rebalance of talents, spells, items, and AI behavior to create a more enjoyable Dragon Age experience where difficulty levels are consistent across all party, class, specialization, and character combinations.

MOST RECENT CHANGES (v1.1)
- Righteous Strike has a chance to deal a second attack to mages, in addition to draining mana.
- Reduced cooldown on Berserk (15 seconds)
- Remove Templar Bonus to magic and mental resist and add +spell resist (5%)
- Remove dex hotfix and replace with item changes found at Better Archery mod (http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=216)
- Increased Aim to hit bonus by 150%, Increased damage bonus from 2 to 5
- Increased Shield Cover missile bonus from 10 to 18
- Increased Critical Shot damage by 15%
- 2 Handed Strength gives +3 armor penetration
- Holy Smite scales off of STR instead of WIL
- Storm of the Century and Paralysis Explosion now severely drain Mage casting the final spell, resulting in a 10 second stun
- The +4 to hit bonus for Assault and Overpower from this mod now is applied only with Shield Mastery.
- Dog now starts with and can learn Threaten
- Characters with Shattering Blows receive a 10% speed bonus when using Indomitable

NET CHANGES:

GENERAL
- Updated Plot GUIDs according to Bioware's bug report. This should fix most if not all of the "party camp bugs"

AI
- Attacking one mob will now pull all or most of the group (credit goes to Joshua Raven)

WARRIOR
- Righteous Strike has a chance to deal a second attack to mages, in addition to draining mana.
- Reduced cooldown on Berserk (15 seconds)
- Remove Templar Bonus to magic and mental resist and add +spell resist (5%)
- Holy Smite scales off of STR instead of WIL
- Reduced taunt effectiveness by 80%, lowered stamina cost from 40 to 15
- Changed threaten to an active, single target ability that costs 15 stamina - now has the effectiveness of old taunt with a 15 second cooldown.
- Death Blow recovers 3 stamina per tick (to compensate for the talent not working as intended)
- Reduced Holy Smite stamina cost from 75 to 40

ROGUE
- Bombs and Traps now have a 50% and 35% chance to break stealth, respectively

SWORD + SHIELD
- Increased Shield Cover missile bonus from 10 to 18
- Shield Mastery provides a +4 to hit bonus for Assault and Overpower
- Increased Shield Wall armor from 5 to 7
- Increased Shield Defense missile defense from 5 to 7

DUAL WIELD
- Momentum stamina degeneration increased from 2 to 4
- Punisher cooldown reduced 40 to 30 seconds
- Cripple makes no resistence check for attack/defense debuff and slow on successful hits

ARCHERY
- Implemented item changes from Better Archery mod (http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=216)
- Increased Aim to hit bonus by 150%, Increased damage bonus from 2 to 5
- Increased Critical Shot damage by 15%

TWO HANDED
- Activating Imdomitable with Shattering Blows = 10% speed bonus
- Removed Attack penalty from Powerful Swings
- Two Handed Strength gives +3 armor penetration, increases damage (instead of attack) by 3, still gives -5 defense
- Critical Strike (2h warrior talent) always hits, deals 40% more damage, has chance to knockdown, and auto kills on less than 40% hp instead of 20%
- Two Handed Sweep cooldown reduced from 20s to 15s

MAGE
- Storm of the Century and Paralysis Explosion now severely drain Mage casting the final spell, resulting in a 10 second stun
- Forcefield now acts as a detaunt. Lowered duration from 30 to 24 seconds.
- Cone of Cold freeze duration lowered from 10 to 8 seconds, cooldown increased from 10 to 20 seconds, mana cost up by 5
- Crushing Prison Lowered duration from 20 to 9 seconds and damage by 15%
- Blizzard freeze duration lowered from 20 to 10 seconds
- Fireball AoE radius reduced by 20%, cooldown increased from 10 to 12 seconds, damage reduced by 10%
- Petrify reduced mana cost from 40 to 30
- Winter's Grasp damage now 75% of base game
- Chain Lightning cast time reduced to instant, cooldown reduced from 60 to 45 seconds
- Arcane Spell Mastery provides 10 spellpower
- Mana Clash radius reduced from 10 to 4, damage now scales - 25% of base for Elite Boss, 50% for Boss, and 75% of base game for all others
- Death Syphon increased mana regen to +25% over base game
- Death Syphon and Death Magic timer interval reduced by 10% over base game
- Death Magic healing effects up by 50%
- Spellbloom increased mana regeneration by 25% over base game
- Disorient duration doubled from 10 to 20 seconds
- Heal spell effects increased by 25%
- Misdirection Hex lowered duration from 20 to 15 seconds
- Rejuvination and Regeneration increased durations from 10 to 12 seconds
- Mass Rejuvination increased duration from 15 to 18 seconds
- Haste costs 60 to cast (same as upkeep)
- Cleansing Aura increased fatigue from 5 to 10
- Blood Wound increased cooldown from 20 to 40 seconds

SHAPESHIFTING
- Bear form and spider form strength, damage, and armor significantly increased.
- All shapeshifts are instant cast
- Shapeshifter (all forms) reduced cooldowns to 30 seconds
- Stinging Swarm now deals the same damage over 8 seconds instead of 10
- Poison Spit increased damage by 25% for player only

ARCANE WARRIOR
- Removed Arcane Warrior sheathing on spell casts
- Aura of Might reduced defense 10 to 8
- Combat magic cooldown increased 10 to 15 seconds
- Shimmering Shield mana degeneration from 100% increase over base game

DOG
- Dog now starts with and can learn Threaten
- Reduced Growl cooldown from 30 to 25 seconds

ITEMS
- Lesser lyrium potions cooldown are 20 seconds, other lyrium potions are 40 seconds
- Lesser health poultices cooldown are 15 seconds, other health poultices are 30 seconds
- Deep Mushrooms stamina gain increased from 10 to 30
- Bombs and Traps now have a 50% and 35% chance to break stealth, respectively
