This is a new preset for human males, replacing the existing (and hideously ugly) preset #8. Simply download the zip file and extract the .mop file into your "\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\" folder. It's already properly named and should go into effect the next time you load and start a new game.
This is a converted version of my mod "Sexier Alistair," which is available at http://dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=387 . As a result, this gentleman looks similar to Alistair, but since it's just a preset you can make your own changes if you'd like to mix it up a little.
In the original preset you can't get rid of the goatee for some reason, so if you like your men totally clean-shaven you can download the alternate version for a bald-faced preset. The two preset files are incompatible with each another, so only download one.
