This AddIn prevents the game from auto leveling your party followers when they first join your party, allowing you to level them manually.
You can configure how the AddIn handles your followers specializations, by adding an entry to your DragAge.ini file. By default this file is located in: My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\Settings\DragonAge.ini
Open the file and at the very end of the file paste the following text: [NoFollowerAutolevelOptions] FollowerSpecs=0
Set the value depending on how you want the AddIn to work: 0 - Followers will start with the specialization that the game normally gives them. For example, Allistair will start as a Templar. No points will actually be spent in the specialization. 1 - Followers will start with one specialization point that you can use to choose from any valid specialization that you have unlocked. 2 - Followers will start with all specializations that are valid for their class. This is a bit of a cheat, but is nice if you don't have any specializations unlocked.
