Finds duplicate files in the override directory and all subdirs.

Complete rewrite. File is larger due to bundled GUI lib (Avalonia), but nothing too crazy.
You can now select files to delete directly in the app. There's a confirmation screen, before it actually deletes, where it shows the full paths of all files to be deleted. The user is solely responsible for any and all accidental deletions.
I've left the old app up, in case anyone prefers that.
