I have installed quite a few mods. Since it's a complete file for the main story you should not have to worry about mods. Ready to be imported into Awakening/DA2.

Sided with Mages
Sided with Harrowmont & Caradin
Solved issues with Elves & Humans
Saved the Alienage - made Shianni Bann
Romanced Alistair - stayed Grey Warden
Put Anora on the throne - killed Loghain
Performed the Dark Ritual
Cleansed Warden's Keep - let Avernes live
Maximum friendship with everyone - no one left/died
