Update 12/2/11:
There was a problem with the textures not showing from a distance. This has been fixed, please redownload & replace.
Place in override. The robes will spawn with a base material tint. To get the color to look as intended, use the UDK to remove all dyes. The robes can be upgraded at soldiers peak. You will get Rune slots here & the base material will upgrade. Also, experiment with the UDK - it can produce some nice results.
