A .mor file for use in a savegame, Katriel is dubbed to honor a certain assassin from Stolen Throne, though honestly it's only for namesake). I made this face playing around with texture blending options in the toolset, trying to get my elf to look somewhat Arwen-esque. Thought I'd share :)
To use it, extract the file in your ...\dragon age origins\modules\single player\override folder, then using the toolset open the savegame you want to use the face in (should be a female elf savegame).
Savegames are located in ...\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters\[character name]\Saves\[savegamename]\savegame.das
Once you have that opened, expand SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR, then SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_PLAYERCHAR, then SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE.
As a last step, in the SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME change the value to ef_katriel
Unfortunately, I've not kept the .mrh and .mop files after creation (still kicking myself for that) so I can't provide those.
