Only pick and use 1.

The First File Changes all the Sustained abilitys and spells to have 0 upkeep, 0% fatigue, and 0.5 cooldowns.

The Second File only changes the cooldowns of all sustained abilities to 0.5

Both files
1. make sustained spells instant casts with animations.

2. The range of Song of Valor, and Courage was inscreased along with the Threat generated by Threaten.

3. Companions/PC shouldn't sheath their weapons when casting the spells nor will they take out their weapons unless the sustained ability changes their idle stance such as Shield Wall I believe.

Download it and put it in your Dragon Age override folder.

Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override

It may conflict with any mod where ABI_Base.GDA modifies Sustained abilities.

Only tested on Dragon Age: Origins not Awakening.
