To install, download requred mods, and drop MOR file in your override folder, and TADA! New Leliana, when bored with her just yank her back out of the override folder.
For PC : Instillation for the .mor can be done through the toolset, I would suggest if you don't know how to do this, hit up the WIKI, or download the Dragon Age Face Replacer Mod, which if you do that, all you will need to do is start a new game, save, exit, then run the program, very easy. Follow the instructions on that mod page to install etc.

Dracomies True Textures by: Dracomies/Petehog You only need the True Textures, but I suggest the whole mod, it is awesome. You need to download the version of his true textures from the Bioware Social Site as it is the newest update, and Leliana will not appear correctly w/out them. (Shiny blank face)

CGI Leliana by: tmp7704 you need the hair color files. This mod also includes a really killer hair texture, and tmp7704 makes a slew of other awesome mods. If you download the optional file (Leliana w/shorter hair) you will need the hair file as well that is in this download.

So other stuff, I am open for feedback, suggestions etc. But please don’t ask for the mrh file. I will probably release it at some point. Yeah, yeah lots of people do that, I am just not that person. If you look at my other two projects I will make adjustments etc. Please Endorse this if you like it, and let me know if you have issues!
Please do not upload this in another mod, put it up on another site or any other wierd stuff without my express permission. I made this, so please respect that. Thanks.

I added the two versions of Leliana in mop format. You will need to rename them to hf_cps_p(whatever number you want) and then drop in your override folder.
