a small patch to make some respec mods work for offkorns class pack

This is a compatibilty patch to make weriKK's Character Respecialization and Lord Thing's Special Respecialisations mods work for Offkorn's Class and Specialization Pack.
unlike console commands this will allow you to respec a warlock or ritualist and keep your bonus attributes/skills/talents from the fade or tomes.
Note: To fully respec a warlock or ritualist you will need to use BOTH the respec potion from the raven (attributes and skills) and the respec meat from Bodhan (talents/spells)
The custom specialisations will still require console commands to change for now, i believe Lord Thing is working on that and i'll update then.
Installation: unzip into your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder
