I got the mod installed and followed the directions. I made a new character (same race, gender), opened the mod .exe and selected the new character’s save file as well as the character I am attempting to change. I hit import and it didn’t seem like anything went awry. However, when I load the save file I had selected for my character I was attempting to change (most recent save), he still has the same appearance he’s had since I started this playthrough. I’ve read the instructions over and over and tried again several times, scoured the internet for anyone who had a similar issue but I can’t find a solution anywhere, it seems to work seamlessly for everyone else. Could anyone offer any solution or ideas for what I might be doing wrong? I really cannot look at this pasty thin lipped creep any longer.
I got this and it seems like its from the Face Replacer addon. It seems I can only use the Face-Replacer once before the save is corrupted or something has gone wrong with it. You can test this by saving a character that was modified and then trying to replace the face a second time. If you attempt to use this mod after that, i got the same error.
I was so excited to find this! But I think I must be doing something wrong.

I've downloaded the program, am running it as an administrator; I find the correct savegame that I want to import the character appearance to, and the savegame I'm trying to import the face from, but every time I click the "import" button, the program crashes to desktop and no changes are made (there are no .bak or .original files created, either).
Neither savegame has been edited, I don't have any .mor files.
I am running some mods, but they're all working fine as far as I can tell.
