DIRECTIONS To use this face for your player character. Backup a saved game, and open it using the toolset. (The saved game should be Dragon Age\Characters\(name)\Saves and have a file extension of .DAS).
Once this file is loaded in the toolset, expand the "SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR" tab, then expand the "SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR" tab, then expand "SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE." Locate the field "SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME" and change the value to "hf_woman"
