included is the fountain model, the VFX model (use coordinate type-in to place these exactly on top of each other) and the required textures.
Also included for builders is the 3ds max 2010 save file and the VFXProj file if you want to examine or modify.
To Use
drop the files (builder folder not necessary) into your mod's Data folder. Restart Toolset. The model is called cc_fountain_full. Extended wall length has been given to prevent any accidental floating. I advise you sink it well into the ground.
