Adds Improves Blood Magic to the Lifedrinker amulet.

What this does:
This adds Improves Blood Magic to the Lifedrinker. That's it. That's all this does.

I made this for myself to use, but I think other people might like it too. I feel dumb having an entire entry just for this one change, but it does help this item a lot, and anyone who doesn't have the Toolset or just doesn't feel like doing the change can appreciate this.

Why bother?
There are two reasons I made this:

First, the Lifedrinker amulet has a pretty cool Codex entry and it's even Blood Mage restricted, yet the amulet totally sucks. This did not seem fair to the item or even make any sense. It has a Codex entry; it's supposed to be good. It also really wasn't fair to the player who had to fight several drakes in the middle of a main quest to get it.

Second, I didn't like how rare the Improves Blood Magic effect was. If you wanted to have multiple Blood Mages in your party, all but one would be gimped for lack of good equipment. Without any DLC or the expansion, there is only a single item with Improves Blood Magic that I know of, and that's the Blood Ring. Warden's Keep and Awakening add one robe each that also have the effect.

This isn't even overpowered, anyway. You still might want to use Blood Ring and a different amulet on your Blood Mage. I'm just giving you another option for one Blood Mage, plus now it's much easier to use another Blood Mage in your party. Also, Improves Blood Magic doesn't stack, so there's nothing overpowered about having multiple options to obtain the effect.

Installation:
Just stick this file into your "Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override" folder. I'm not aware of any other mods that change the Lifedrinker, so I don't expect any conflicts possible.

If you haven't yet gotten the Lifedrinker or entered the area it's in, then you'll get my improved version when you do find it (I tested with an old save and this does work). This is the best method.

If, like me, you already had the amulet... Well, I ended up using AddItem Script - Console. Use that to spawn a new Lifedrinker (runscript additem gen_im_acc_amu_am6.uti 1), which will have the new property on it, then go sell off your old Lifedrinker. I apologize for any complications that causes, but nothing else I tried got my old Lifedrinker to update. Let me know if you find something easier. Having the Additem mod isn't a bad idea anyway.

Other mods:
I've made another very simple modification that also helps Blood Mages. Try Drain Blood. Also, make sure to grab Uncapped Elemental Damage Bonus to remove the silly cap and make all your equipment useful.
