1. Have you checked to see if you have any of the mods in the installation section of the description tab? 2. Do you have any other mods that replace the vanilla (original) love scene with Alistair? In terms of how mods affect the game, this mod is relatively simple, as it is a scene replacement that uses the same filenames as the original game files, overriding them. If you have any other mods that contain the same file names found in this mod, you would have to remove the scene files in that mod. (See details in the description tab).
Thank you so much for this mod. The scene really delivered some of that unforgetable magic of the first intimate moments with the one you trully love, when you discover and learn each other. Damn, it even made me a little nostalgic, TBH. Great work, my Lady!
It's designed to work like vanilla. The vanilla game only allows you to trigger the scene once. However you can install mods such as tmp's mild romance scenes or luchair's sex scenes mod. Please see the description for details.
I just have a question on this mod. After watching the videos in the videos section, does this scene trigger on just that one dialogue choice "I agree, no words needed" or does all the dialogue choices trigger this scene?
I can't recall the exact wording, but what I do know is that you show that you want to take the "next step" with Alistair, then the scene should trigger, just as it would in vanilla :)
I really love this mod. I didn't install it at first because I wanted to see the original cutscene the first time. Well I quit without saving and went and got this one instead. XD
I am using TMP's mild romance scenes and I deleted the files that you said to use yours instead for. But I also have both mods using these files.
Has Tmp updated his mod since 2010? I'm asking because I am finding it hard to remember why these files were included....and I don't recall any special instructions regarding these files in terms of compatibility with Tmp's mod. You could try deleting and backing up his files to see if everything runs correctly, and vice versa. It could also be that he gave them to me to use, but again, it's been over 10 years :)
After further investigation the particular files I mentioned were listed as modified on 26/06/2010 for TMP and 03/07/2010 for yours, so it looks like yours may have been updated with the info from his.
Discovered that I missed the same files in ZDF as well. I've deleted all except yours and will see if my computer explodes or not. XD
Nothing exploded, but your Alistair first time scene doesn't run at all now and this was with the TMP files removed and yours left in. They kiss and then it goes back to camp and the first time isn't flagged as having happened. Same thing happened with your files removed and the TMP ones left in. Only removing the entire TMP folder brought the first time cutscene back. I tested on different saves and past first time works and shagging someone other than Alistair for the first time works. So I'm baffled.
Well, this is embarrassing. It turned out that I had the wrong version of your mod. Somehow I managed to download both your 2.5 and 3 mods and the 2.5 was the one that made it in. I blame the mass mod downloading spree I went on (it's not the first screw up I made while trying to download and check compatibility for 20 or so mods XD).
So sorry, error was entirely mine. With the correct version (shockingly the one that specifically says that it was updated to work with TMP's mod) in the scenes work perfectly, both yours and theirs.
For reference, I deleted both the TMP and ZDF versions of:
Hi FallenAngel999, The post just before yours explains it. IRS was a mod, (Improved Romance Scenes by Cmessaz7) and I created a mod that would be compatible. Since it apparently is no longer available publicly, I will remove the option to download it. Just download the main mod as you would download any other mod that requires placement in your override folder and you should be fine :)

I think I might just be dumb but I cannot find the Improved Romance Scenes (IRS) file anywhere on Nexus, and most of the links in the description are completely broken and take me to a 404 error. If you could help me out here, that would be great.

Regardless, you don't need IRS to use this mod. Download the version that was not designed for IRS and you should be fine.
