1. -Despite the fact that there already are numerous NPC-revamp-mods, I never felt entirely happy with the results so far - and decided to take my own shot at a number of NPC's that weren't covered to my tastes by neither their original designs - nor other people's alteration attempts.
THIS little mod is the result.
Some changes to the NPC's are only subtle touches - others might be more obvious.
Especially in case of the vanilla elven NPC's - which were a pain to look at...
And I am quite proud of my work. - I think the screenshots speak for themselves.
Of course this is designed to fit my personal taste - but if someone else likes it, too - even better.
Of course I would never have been able to get my results without the great modders of the community, as my comparably small alterations rely on the work of others: texturers, modellers - and last but not least the developers of a great game like Dragon Age.

3. -This mod requires some other people's mods to work correctly.
Most of these mods are well-known and assumingly already in almost everybody's override folder.
Since some of these mods contain their own "chargenmorphcfg.xml" - I highly recommend this fine tool to simply merge them into a single one :

Actually, the only component NEEDED from Drac's mod to make my face morphs show up correctly is "Dracomie's True Textures".
But since his mod also covers/revamps a LOT of NPC's besides adding those awesome skin and eye textures I can only repeat my recommendation!

4. -To install, just unpack the archive and copy its contents/folders into the usual override. It's as easy as this.

If you installed Dracomies "Dragon Age Redesigned" - or ANY OTHER MODS THAT CHANGE THE APPEARANCE (mor.-files) OF NPC's - and if you want to use my NPC's instead (for what other reason would you have downloaded my mod?) - you have to replace the old/existing mor.-files in your override and/or subfolders with my files.
My mod's folder structure should make it easy enough to pick what you like and leave what you don't.
