For most of Us having \"Cannot connect to database\" errors with DA Toolset

This will not fix all the issues but the main one indeed.
Toolset wiki covers the problem but it's not really user friendly, fixing the toolset manually (the best way that works on all systems 99% of the time) requires few decent hours of jumping between pages so I decided to make a picture guide :P
