This makes Weapon Enchantment Expansion and Combat Tweaks compatible.

Details:

Weapon Enchantment Expansion Version and Combat Tweaks do not normally work together. This changes that.
It has only been tested with Enchant Expansion 1.24 and Combat Tweaks 3.2 and 3.23.

Installation
=================

1. Install Combat Tweaks
2. Install Weapon Enchantment Expansion Version
3. Install this file.
4. Place this file anywhere in your override directory
5. Place this in your Bioware/Dragon Age//Addins/exp_ench_2/core/data folder. Erase the ABI_base_PrimalReplace.gda in the folder.

Un-Installation:

Delete the file in both directories. Get the old file back, again not tested.
