The screenshots look amazing. I am...very new to dragon age modding....and so far all the face mods I've looked at state that they require at least a dozen other mods to function. I'm wondering...how essential are they? CTD? Empty eye sockets? Just curious.
Parts of the head/face will be missing. Depending on the mod, anything from missing eyes to a missing scalp (and therefore chunk of the head) to the majority of the head missing. It just depends on the mod. CTD can occur under very specific circumstances.

Seri Tattoos, download from: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1187 necessary file: uh_tat_rctrose02_0t
Just a note, the Wolf Pack of Face Tattoos does not exist on this site any longer. The version I have does not have a file named uh_tat_rose_0t in it. So the independent version of Sumiko doesn't really work, unless you have a suggestion of a new place to download the mod.
All in all, super awesome mod, I have endorsed it and am enjoying creating some truly beautiful and exotic heroines.
