"This addon removes your equipped helm after combat and reequips it when combat starts or when a gui window is opened (so you still see the helm equipped in the inventory). It remembers what helm you were wearing across a save/load and works for all party members."

Note, this file does not work simultaneously with the original mod, and only works in Awakening.For play in Origins you will need to follow the link below, and download that file.
Unfortunately there is currently no way to get both mods to work together simultaneously without causing issues with modmanagers or daupdater.

I have made this mod compatible with the Awakening expansion, no other modification have been made.
