About this mod

Tevinter Warden class for Origins, Awakening and Golems of Amgarrak.

Requirements
Permissions and credits

The Tevinter Warden is an Arcane Spellcaster with Melee Combat skill; they originated in the Tevinter Imperium long before the First Blight.

Important note
I have redesigned how the class pack works so the following information is vital:

The QuadC module is required; it contains the module scripts that allow the class to be selectable during character creation and will eventually contain modified game dialogs to correct slight dialog irritations.

I have made another change; you can now leave all modules active and they will load only if the proper expansion is being started. This should work, but currently seems bugged; I suggest disabling the Awakening, Golems and Witch Hunt versions when creating an Origins character until I report it fixed.

Class features
This class is available to the Human Noble, Magi, City Elf and Dalish Elf Origins; since Dwarves are unable to touch the Fade, they cannot become Tevinter Wardens. However, there is currently an issue with the script that seems to allow the Dwarf Noble to select the class. I have not finished fleshing out the Specializations, so they are currently using the names and descriptions of similar specializations for the Warrior.

Awakening Support
The characters created using this class will be playable in Awakening; the Class Name and Description should now display in Awakening. You can now create new characters in Awakening using the Grey Warden Origin.

Golems of Amgarrak DLC Support
Characters can either be imported from Origins\Awakening or you can create a new Character just for the DLC.

Witch Hunt DLC Support
I currently Plan to release a mod for the upcoming Dragon Age DLC Witch Hunt that is similar to the one for Golems of Amgarrak; at this point, I will assume that Tevinter Warden characters imported into it will work, but without the class and specialization names displaying. Once released, this module will allow new character creation in Witch Hunt.

Compatibility notes
This class pack is not currently compatible with any project that modifies the character backgrounds; you will need to disable them before using this. Also, you will need to disable all modules of this pack before playing any stand-alone community module; there are several out that do not use the default backgrounds and this mod will cause them to not work properly.

If you are using the SotW version of the this mod, the following comment is something I want to say:

Upcoming Updates

I am working on the following additional specializations for the Tevinter Warden: Battle Shifter and Spirit Walker. These may show in the game now, but they currently are incomplete. The Battle Shifter will be a shapeshifter that is more powerful in Melee than the Mage Shapeshifter, and the Spirit Walker will have abilities similar to the Spirit Healer.
