My Leliana Headmorph v4 and Final(Really it is)
Just changed the hair color to match Leliana's hair color.
My Leliana Headmorph v3 and Final
Edited the eyes, nose, mouth, and jaw and changed the hair one last time.
Added a mop file to replace a head in the character creation area, if you prefer this headmorph as a PC instead of Leliana.
My Leliana Headmorph V2
I edited the eyes a little: made them smaller, changed their shape a little, and moved them up.
I also changed the hairstyle using the mod "More Hairstyles"

This is my interpretation of what I think Leliana should look like, and partly based
on her voice.
Installation
Just extract the files to the override folder in the My Documents folder under
Bioware\packages\core\override
Uninstall
Just delete the files
