The City Elf: talking to your father nets you a set of cured leather boots that belonged to your mother -"Adaia's Boots".
This City Elf -as you can see- is a Warrior and not a Rogue; so by extension, Adaia was also a Warrior in this Origin (if my Warden'd been a Rogue, her mother... well, also a Rogue).
I got the feeling that Bioware intended my City Elf to be a Rogue; not only because Adaia's Boots are always leather boots with a Reduce Hostility enchantment, but also because the tale I choose to tell in "Heroes and Humans" (Tathas, the sneaky elven bandit), fits better with what my soon-to-be Warden will do (when her people needed her, she turned herself in.) Or maybe that is just me.
Anyhoo, Adaia's Boots always seemed incongruous with Adaia being a Warrior in my City Elf Warrior Origin.
So. courtesy of The Winter Forge, I changed the boots to fit with the Chevalier Armor Set.
The Winter Forge would allow me to change the name of the Chevalier's Boots: but with one caveat -they could only be called "Adaia Boots", instead of "Adaia's Boots".
So changing the Cured Leather Boots to Metal and then into "Orlesian Boots".... well, Bob is my uncle, I suppose.
Big thanks to modder Phaenan, who created and shared The Winter Forge.
