Actually, he got it mainly from ViLiSSa's mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/3781?tab=description. The file name is uh_hed_vilazaeed and it's in the Special-Pack 2. It's also mixed a bit with one of KaniHime's complexions, but the interesting scar part comes from ViLiSSa.
