This is a screen shot of a townhouse in my Highever mod. You first gain access to it during a quest. Later on in the game (when I've finished the follower mod) you are given the option to buy it (or a variation of it...light settings will be a little different). If you buy it, it will act as an additional party camp with a few perks. The townhouse has a master bedroom with a terrace for the pc and his/her love interest to share, four guest bedrooms, servant quarters, kitchen & dining room, a small library, and a couple of other things.
