What Skaramoosh said :3 But in order to get this cutscene you need to accept father Kolgrim's offer. You don't have to defile the ashes. Save your game before you first talk to Kolgrim, follow his offer, then he will speak to "Andraste" at the mountain top and that's where you get this cutscene =)
