Flemeth's history is tied to Lord Conobar, who once was the Lord of Highever.
During the reign of the Couslands -Bryce and Eleanor and their two children- Flemeth has a daughter named Morrigan. (Through dialogue with Morrigan at Camp, it is suggested that Flemeth could have stolen her when Morrigan was still an infant).
Is that why there is a physical resemblance between Chloe Cousland and Morrigan? A long lost sister?

(Nope, I used a mod that allows the player to select Morrigan's face for the female Human Noble. Ah drat, now I spoiled the moment.)
