The Rogue Insurgence faction is a gathering of battle-hardened rebels who, disillusioned with their former leadership, have risen to challenge the oppressive regime with a tenacious spirit of determination. Similar to the Civilian Resistance, the Rogue Insurgence often resorts locally sourced gears and weapons. Although lacking in armor, it grants them incredible mobility in the battlefield, perfect for ambushes.
