High Level Balance Mod

A collection of subtle tweaks addressing common points of frustration in high level combat.
Changes are divided into the following categories: Movement, weapons, pushback (CC), loot drops, and demons.
Some of these changes are barely noticeable at first, but they become relevant in high level play.


There are two versions of the pushback (CC) changes:
Minor:
- Pushback time decreased from 600 ms to 480 ms for all attacks (at 60 fps that is almost 8 frames!)
- Pushback distance decreased by 10% for all attacks
- Carcass melee pushback reduced by 20%

Major:
- Pushback time decreased from 600 ms to 300 ms for all attacks (at 60 fps that is almost 19 frames!)
- Pushback distance decreased by 33% for all attacks
- Carcass melee pushback reduced by 20%

The minor version preserves the difficulty and feel of vanilla pushback, while the major version nerfs pushback significantly in favor of the player.
You may notice the major version makes pushback attacks feel more jarring -- feel free to experiment with the decls and find what feels right for you.


ALL CHANGES:
- Pushback changes (see above)
- Dash no longer cancels after colliding with an AI 
- Lootdrop pickup delay reduced from 700 ms to 400 ms (original mod by tom):
- Chainsaw ammo is picked up more quickly
- Consistent microwave beam: increased lockon FOV so microwave beam does not disconnect when close to target
- Consistent meathook: Meathook chain is more tolerant to colliding with walls, making it less likely to disconnect immediately
- Carcass melee pushback decreased by ~20%
- Tyrant waveblast nerf: Tyrant waveblast height reduced by 25%, Tyrant waveblast no longer uses pathfinding
- Ledge climb animation time decreased by 25%
- Weapon mod swap speed reduced from 600 ms to 380 ms (WARNING: completely breaks BATS tech)
