If you delete all SFX files from the archive except for "bloodpunch_dlc_hit_1_id" (SFX when charging), you will not hear any more blows from this mod. (Leave only the files and directories you need and recompress, or use WINRAR or something similar to adjust the archive directly) I think this is common with many other SFX mods, but you can also use a player that can play ".opus files" such as VLC to check the files you need and delete the unnecessary ones.
I still have a few other ideas, and I'll make them available in the options file for the next update. I've found it to be a bit noisy myself sometimes, so...
I suggestion to make you a completely new mod which removes the standard blood punch reload sound. That sound pretty annoying... Hope you understand me :) Btw sorry to bother you again.
At first I was thinking of using Geese's KO voice for the post-hit sound effects, but I thought it would be too loud and decided to give it a miss. (I tried it with Street Fighter 4's KO voice first)

In the meantime, only the charge sound has been uploaded.
