Very amazing mod(pack), I can't imagine the amount of work and headache that this thing has demanded you over the years while working on it, it really is a whole other game by itself.
Apart from the new content and whatnot, what amazes me the most is how generally stable the mod is for the most part, especially with how large and extensive it is. I played the whole thing twice and almost never experienced any crashes. "Almost" because it seems that Final Sin is exempt from this and is quite prone to crashing, especially at the Icon of Sin's second stage. However, it only really applies to one level instead of multiples of them so I don't think it's really that big of a deal, plus the amazingness of the final level offsetts these technical issues.
On my first playthrough I played on Ultra-Violence, while on the second I played on Nightmare. Everything including the Secret Encounters, Escalation Encounters, Slayer Gates, and Secret Levels, all totals to around 10-13 hours of total playtime from start to finish.
Got softlocked on the arena after the gold marauder on arc complex because my last checkpoint was at the slayer gate since i backtracked reloading checkpoints does nothing ;(
back to finish what I started; I wanted to know if there was any custom music involved in this mod - there's a track I can't get out of my head that I'm almost certain wasn't in the original game, I looked through the dlc ost and it wasn't in there either~
The mod is great but.... I found it quite buggy so far. I did not get the upgrade on the Golden Doom hunter boss fight, nor did I get the 5 weapon points for it. Now, In super gore nest I am stuck inside the challenge slayer gate room after finishing it - no idea how to get out, there's a red wall at the door.
also, I feel like you should be getting more weapon points faster - the game needs you to have all those upgrades much earlier given what is being thrown at you.
Way too difficult for me. First level threw hordes of end game enemies and all I had was shotgun and chainsaw with a few upgrades. That was on easiest difficulty.
I want to watch the opening cutscene for the game, and I know this mod skips it for gameplay reasons, but is there a way I can prevent it from doing so?
