Its time to rip and tear ass. This changes the heat blast mod of the plasma rifle to fart sounds. You can copy and paste specific text into the dev console to make a whole way to play Doom Eternal, centering around balls to the wall fart based action.

It's time to rip and tear ass. Farter Mode changes the sounds for the Heat blast mod of the plasma rifle to farts. Use your extreme rage and pent up flatulence to destroy the demons, and make them wish they were never born. Through a dev console command, farter mode removes weapons from view for the rest of your Farter Mode session, and constantly refills your heat blast farts for the plasma rifle. Brand new, fun, and smelly way to play Doom Eternal. While you play Farter Mode, the only thing you will be thinking is: "why did I download this" quickly followed by "haha farter stanky" Farter Mode can also be used to simply change the heat blast mod to farts, but it is best experienced when coupled with the immaculately intense and rewarding gameplay of Farter Mode. This is probably not the dumbest thing I have ever made, which is kinda sad.
In order to get the full farter mode gameplay experience, type this in the dev console before each Farter Mode session:
hands_fovscale 2; weapon_autofullcharge 1
