   Any update to this mod? Replacing the Lives with Mega Armor like in UN would also be something Slayers could look for training

   Mod doesn't seem to work anymore with latest version of DOOM Eternal (running through Bethesda Launcher if that makes a difference)

      I'm using the steam version and it's also not working for me. Hopefully it gets updated soon.

   Nightmare extra lives mode is now Mega-nightmare. 1 Step down from Ultra but at least 10 steps up from normal nightmare.

   Cool, extra lives feel like cheating to me, so I've just been ignoring them. When playing on Ultra Nightmare, they're replaced with full armor pickups. Any chance you could update the mod to do that instead of getting rid of them entirely? That way the secrets would still be worthwhile.

      I don't think that's possible at the moment, but I will try when I have some time :)
