No Extra Lives modification for DOOM Eternal:
This mod removes the extra-life pickups from the game.

Install instructions:
This mod was packed to be installed using modloader. For instructions on how to install modloader, check the #eternal-faq channel on the DOOM Eternal official modding Discord server.
Once modloader is set-up, simply copy and paste the compressed (.zip) mod file into your "Mods" folder of your DOOM Eternal directory.
This mod removes the extra-life pickups from the game.
Important notes:
- This mod will not remove already picked up lives from saved games.
- The Extra-Lives difficulty setting still gives you 3 lives at the start, but you won't be able to pick up more if you're using this mod since they are no longer in the maps.
- The areas where the extra lives were are still marked as secrets, but it shouldn't matter since secrets are not tracked for progression.
