Donation Points system

Due to poor textures and weird emissive texture glitches, I've completely redone Cinematic Slayer. It's not everything I wanted it to be sadly, but it may make a return to replace the default Slayer. I redid the decals all by hand, and put the decals on the right gauntlet on the third person model, since they only appeared on the first person viewmodel.
Update: Due to complications with the default slayer's legs not bbehaving correctly, it replaces Classic Green because its 3rd person textures use 4096x4096 textures on all parts, making it a perfect candidate for higher quality skins.
